of pure body & mind with rosemary essential oil known
for its ability to warm & stimulate tired muscles & arnica
which helps to reduce soreness, swelling, & bruising.

Lux Combination: This technique focuses on the deeper
layers of muscle tissues. It aims to release the chronic
tensions in the body through slow strokes & pressure using
the elbows and forearms and is perfect for releasing every-

centering of the chakras using a variety of massage
techniques, featuring the Aveda Balancing Blends, deep
tissue massage on the back & spine muscles, chakra

Custom Designed Workout: Ask our professional
Personal Trainers to custom design a workout program
just for you. Custom made programs start with a
consultation, evaluation,total body workout regiman,
and a full bod training session. Recommended every

One-on-One Personal Training: Our highly trained
Personal Trainers are capable of working one-on-one
with clients who want to improve their strength,
flexibility, mobility, cardiovascular endurance, and
athletic ability. One hour session $75
Yoga and Pilates Privates: Learn and practice yoga
and pilates with our private Yoga-Pilates instructor.
Quite environment will allow your body and mind to

Circuit Training: Train with a friend and get a great
workout with one of our experience trainers. Work on
strength and cardiovascular endurance while enjoying

Our highly trained Estheticians will properly assess your skin condition every time you get a treatment. Your skin is changing rapidly with its surroundings and it is important to properly treat it. You will leave your experience fully educated about what you should be using at home daily.
