Spa Guidelines
We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes before our treatment time to relax and enjoy our hot sauna. For your comfort, we suggest you shower before all massages. Arriving late will limit the time for our treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged. As a courtesy to the other guests and our therapists, please inform us (refer to the cancelation policy) if you must cancel or reschedule. Lockers, robes and slippers are provided. Cancellations
All services are reserved expecially for you. To avoid a full service fee charge, we require 24 hours advanced notice. A valid credit card is required to hold your reservation.
Confidentiality
Information gathered during your spa treatment is strictly confidential. Questions regarding your health may be asked during these sessions merely to accurately gauge levels of stress, extent of injuries, or personal goals in the treatment.
Gratuities
If you are pleased with the service, it is customary to give 18-22% to your spa technician. Gratuities are not included in our prices.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available at the front desk, by phone, or on our website. They make the perfect year-round gift for someone special. Certificates are purchased as a dollar amount to be used towards services or products. They are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Spa Parties
We will gladly accomidate special requests for private spa parties. Please call for more information and reservations. |
